There are a lot of reasons to love Road to China Light, our lovely new sport weight yarn. The colors are gorgeous and subtly variegated, the feel is delightfully soft and the pattern support -- in a new book,Vintage Modern Knits -- is amazing. But really, what we like best is being able to say we're knitting with camel. Yes, it's true, Road to China is a sumptuous blend of baby alpaca, cashmere, silk and our friend the camel. Skeins are 159 yards and the possibilities are endless. Betsy is making the Yvette Roositud Hat (link takes you the Ravelry page) from Vintage Modern Knits, but really, there's nothing we don't want to make...with camel!
